Stagewise is a clinical workspace for athletic trainers managing an athlete’s staged return from injury. It collects the evidence behind each case — phased milestone gates, symptom logs, functional tests, workload tolerance, and readiness signals — and records the named human clearance decision behind every phase advancement, with limited share portals for coaches, athletes, and guardians.

It’s deliberately non-diagnostic and never auto-clears an athlete: readiness is explain-only, and clearance always requires a named clinician and a rationale. A Next.js frontend over a FastAPI/Postgres backend; the demo runs entirely on seeded data — three athletes with full case timelines — read-only.
