Point it at a stalled repository — a local path, a public GitHub URL, or a token-backed private repo — and Project Autopsy turns its file tree, manifests, docs, commit history, and dependency signals into a structured diagnosis: a score, a verdict, evidence-linked findings, ranked stall hypotheses, and a phased revival plan.

One analysis core feeds three surfaces — a CLI, a web app, and an HTTP API — off the same report contract, and it never executes anything from the repo it inspects. It’s for triaging old or inherited codebases: why a project stalled, and what to fix first.
