Nutrition Experiment Lab
n-of-1 nutrition experiments that show their work
A private lab notebook for running structured n-of-1 nutrition experiments. Frame one clear question — “does a higher-protein breakfast cut my afternoon hunger?” — run a bounded baseline-vs-intervention experiment, log a small set of daily outcomes, and get a transparent readout: what changed, whether adherence was good enough to trust it, what confounders might explain it, and what to do next.
The analysis layer is deliberately rules-based and conservative. It downgrades its own confidence when the data is thin and refuses to diagnose, treat, or prescribe — it’s for self-experimenters who want to learn whether a change actually helps, not for macro tracking.
A Next.js 16 + React 19 dashboard over a FastAPI/Postgres backend with a reportlab PDF export and a full test suite. The portfolio demo runs client-side on a seeded experiment, read-only.
