Evendori

Event markets, conventions, and pop-ups run on a pile of booth fees, permits, insurance certificates, and load-in windows — usually tracked across spreadsheets and text threads. Evendori is the operator’s command center: it answers “who can actually load in tomorrow?”

It covers the vendor pipeline, a document vault that lets repeat vendors refresh paperwork instead of resubmitting it, booth planning, QR check-in for load-in groups, and an exception queue for the stuff that always goes sideways (payments, missing certs, booth-map conflicts).

Runs fully client-side on deterministic seed data with a Supabase persistence path ready when it’s needed. MVP shipped, still evolving.
